General FAQs

Do you do food?

Absolutely, food & wine is a match made in Heaven! Small & big plates, cured & curds. All ingredients are sourced exactly like our wines, with sustainability at the heart. Nothing tickles our fancy like building a dinner to match a wine tasting, and our fav times of the year is when our winemakers visit & we get to flex our culinary muscles to match their wine collections.

Can I bring my dog?

We are dog friendly (& dog lovers), be prepared for our team to give your fur-ball all-star treatment (complete with paparazzi). We just ask the same of our four-legged friends as we do our two: behave appropriately in public, don’t make anyone feel awkward, no peeing on the floor & don’t dance on the tables.

Do I need to book?

If you want a guarantee, yes. But you don’t need to. We’ll always try to find you a place to have a drink while we wait for a table to become available. We love spontaneity, and understand we all need “a quick one” every now and then.

BTW, we don’t reserve our tables at the bar nor outside.

Can I have drinks only?

uh… YES! (But also don’t be afraid to change your mind once you see your neighbour’s plates hit the table.)

What is Retail Monday?

Drink in at the shop prices, all day long! (offer available for groups up to 6 people only). No need to book.

Also, Monday is only one of our “Wine Days of the Week”. Along with “Tasting Tuesday”, where you can opt for a mini tasting of four wines around a theme. “Icon Thursdays & Fridays” are when the really good stuff that only gets sold by the bottle... gets sold by the glass (a chance to try some truly terrific tipples) and “Sunday Roast” is self-explanatory - come in for a truly terrific roast available at Canary Wharf, Crouch End, Islington and Battersea (for a table of 4 people you even get £35 to redeem towards a bottle of wine)

There is no need to book for any of our wine days, we’re always here to offer a simple, good, wine time.

How can I get your wines?

If you are in Mainland UK, you can order online 24/7 days a week & we aim to deliver the next business day (minimum order 6 bottles of wine with a £15 delivery fee & free delivery for orders over £150). You can also collect from our shop to take-home, we have courier companies for within London. We have a wine club, just select how frequently you want wines delivered to your doorstep.
