Our Approach
Everything we pour is organic, low-intervention, or sustainably made, because it tastes better and feels better to drink. We work directly with small-batch, independent, family-owned vineyards across 26 countries, whose wines are free from chemical nonsense, and full to the brim with stories.
Our wine team tastes thousands of wines every year (and yes, it’s as fun as it sounds). If it doesn’t meet the mark, it doesn’t make the list - simple as that. No filler bottles, no “it’ll do” wines. The producers we work with care more about the vineyard than having a fancy label on the bottle - and that’s how we like it.
Who We Work With
We work with independent winemakers rooted in both long-established wine regions and lesser-known pockets of the wine world - family-run estates you won't find on the supermarket shelves. These are small, family-owned producers making organic, natural and low-intervention wines with a focus on craft over scale, and place over production line.
When you buy a bottle, you’re directly supporting these winemakers. It helps family-owned vineyards in remote corners of the world keep doing what they love, and keeps small-scale, thoughtful winemaking alive across generations.

All six of our restaurant and wine bars in London double as wine shops, stocked with sustainable, organic, and low-intervention wines you won’t find stacked on supermarket shelves. In our wine shops, you’ll find plenty of reds, whites and rosés alongside fantastic fizzes, ports and sherries - all of which are organic and sustainable. There’s also a strong line-up of vegan and natural wines for when you want something a little greener.
Across our London wine bars and wine shops - from Fleet Street to Canary Wharf - you’ll find 400–500+ bottles in each, sourced from small-batch, independent, family-owned vineyards across 26 countries. Think Northern Macedonia, Lebanon, Slovenia - just to name a few.
Our shelves are usually lined floor-to-ceiling with bottles in every shape, size, and colour. If you're stuck, ask the team. They’ve tasted a lot of wine (someone had to), and they’ll happily point you in the right direction without making it weird.

Our Canary Wharf wine bar is a one-stop shop for all things wine, set right on the waterfront in East London. The outdoor seating is also the perfect spot to catch sunset on the docks after a long day in the office.

Our Bow Lane wine bar offers a hidden escape just steps away from Cheapside. Guests can explore over 500 organic wines from small-batch independent winemakers, join our monthly wine tastings near St Paul’s, browse the in-house wine shop, and enjoy the company of their four-legged friends - we’re proudly dog-friendly.

Drink It Here Or Take It Home, Or Try The Bottle At A Tasting
On Mondays, you can buy any bottle from our London wine shops and drink it in the bar at takeaway price. Not sure what to go for? That’s where we come in - ask our team (they love talking about our wines) or even come and try our bottles during a tasting.
We also host regular wine tastings in London,including our Wine 101 sessions at Canary Wharf and Islington. The 45-minute Wine 101 class is £21, and a £10 deposit goes towards your next bottle in any of our London wine shops. Ideal for groups, team socials, or anyone looking for a more relaxed wine tasting experience in London without it turning into a lecture.

Do you deliver wine?
We sure do! All of the wines in our wine shops and bars are also available to purchase at our online wine shop. The minimum order is £100 and we ship all over the UK.
