Bow Lane Wine Bar
Located just a five-minute walk from St Paul’s Cathedral, Humble Grape Bow Lane is a unique wine bar and restaurant in the City of London, tucked beneath the iconic Bow Bells in the 11th-century crypt of St Mary-le-Bow on Bow Lane, Cheapside.
Spanning three bays and featuring original Norman arches, this St Paul’s wine bar is steeped in over a thousand years of history. Rebuilt by Sir Christopher Wren after the Great Fire of London, the church above has long stood as a symbol of tradition and resilience.
Our Bow Lane wine bar offers a hidden escape just steps away from Cheapside. Guests can explore over 500 organic wines from small-batch independent winemakers, join our monthly wine tastings near St Paul’s, browse the in-house wine shop, and enjoy the company of their four-legged friends - we’re proudly dog-friendly.
In the warmer months, the outdoor terrace is one of the best places to enjoy a glass of wine in the City of London, making it a perfect choice for after-work drinks near St Paul’s, relaxed evenings, or casual lunches on Bow Lane.
Whether you’re looking for a wine bar near St Paul’s Cathedral, a Bow Lane restaurant for private dining, or a welcoming spot for group gatherings, Humble Grape Bow Lane offers a one-of-a-kind setting in the heart of the City.
