Returns & Exchanges
1) We do not offer any cash refund
2) Should you receive a faulty wine, please contact Wine Manager email@example.com to discuss more
3) If you are able to physically bring the faulty wine into a Humble Grape shop, we will aim to exchange.
4) If an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will be able to issue the value back in a digital voucher which can be used online or at any Humble Grape venue
5) If you bought a ticket to a wine tasting event & can no longer attend, if we are notified one week or more in advance we will be able to move your ticket to a future date, depending on availability. Please note, this date change is limited to one time only.
