A beautifully structured wine with dense ripe pineapple and citrus character, underpinned by chalky minerality. This rare white wine from Beaune, is sourced from four different premier cru vineyards. Maturation is carried out for 8 to 12 months in French oak barrels, with a proportion of new barrels.
