Chateau Grand Moulinet AOC Pomerol
Product Description
The most expensive wine producing area in France. This tiny 2.5 hectares estate has very old wines. 2005 was one of the best years – the wine is approachable now but could also keep another 20 years. 91 points Wine Spectator: "Displays subtle yet complex aromas of blackberry, mineral and chocolate-coated cherry. Full-bodied, with ultra fine tannins and a long, caressing finish. Very pretty and refined. Best after 2011. " Varietals used are 90% merlot and 10% cabernet franc. Ideal with steak or pasta. Limited quantities only.
