Marques de Monistrol is one of the leading Cava producers having established winemaking at the property in San Sadurni Anoia in 1882, in the heart of Penedes. Since then quality has been the byword in the production of some of the best sparkling wines from Spain. Following the traditional method this wine is only made in exceptional vintages. After a light maceration of the specially selected grapes the wine undergoes extensive bottle ageing.
