Product Description
The Hacienda Abascal estate sits in 17.5 hectares of prime vineyard land in the heart of the golden mile of Ribera del Duero alongside other famous properties such as Vega Sicilia.
Grapes are hand- picked using small cases of 12kg to prevent crushing. After a second selection on a selection table grapes are gravity-fed into 15,000lt stainless steel tanks where fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature.
Ageing for 18 months in new French oak.
