Champagne Goutorbe Cuvee Tradition NV
Product Description
Henri Goutorbe is a small champagne house. In the village of Aiy just outside Epernay which is a grand cru village. Serina Suthcliffe of Sothebys has described it as the best NV champagne from all of them. Goutorbe used to supply vine stock for many years. The last 2 generations have further developed the business and crafted their own champagne. The Goutorbe style can be summed up as: full bodied, concentrated fruit, very expressive, and a bit racy, or alternative to what many traditionally associate with Champagne. These are wines that are well suited to the dinner table.
