Domaine Balland-Chapuis Sancerre Chêne Marchand 2006
Product Description
Single vineyard hand harvested, the grapes are gently pressed. Half are then vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, the other half in barrels, with two to three week ferment. Maturing continues, 50% stainless steel and 50% new and one year old barriques, matured on the lees and regularly stirred to obtain a structured, refined wine.
