Their wines are complex, deep and evocative, each demonstrating the
unswerving dedication and vision the Biondolillo family brings to its vines and
commitment to its family heritage.
100% Tempranillo grapes, picked in early March, from 50-year-old vines.
The wine was aged for 6 months in a mix of 70% French and 30% American
oak barrels. 12 months rest in the bottle allows this wine to develop to its full
potential. This wine is big, yet subtle – the mark of exquisite winemaking,
