At the heart of the Grand Cru area the Vaudésirs valley is an open book on the geology and history of the Chablis appellation. It is witness to the erosion which followed the last ice age era. 2.5 ha vineyard planted with vines of over 40 years old located on south-exposed steep slopes. Kimmeridgian outcrops are the most numerous, which consequently provide a pronounced mineral expression.

"Les Vaucopins" is a 1er Cru which is quite unique within the wide range of the Long-Depaquit Estate wines. Located on the right bank of the Serein river, this plot is on the Chichée commune, 3 kilometres east of Chablis.

The Long-Depaquit estate is Albert Bichot's jewel in Chablis. The Abbey of Pontigny owned this historic estate for more than six centuries, from 1128 until the Revolution and eventually came into the sole ownership of Albert Bichot.

The Islander Estate vineyards are located on Kangaroo Island off the coast of South Australia. Jacques Lurton crafts the wines from the rich, red ironstone soils of this unique Aussie outpost. Basket pressed and matured in large and small format new French oak for 24 months.

The grapes for this red wine are sourced from St-Emilion in Bordeaux, France, by winemaker Chateau Franc Mayne and is made using the Merlot grape.

Chateau Pomeaux is a recently consolidated property in Pomerol. The four hectares of vineyards occupy a magnificent position along the south-eastern slopes of the Pomerol plateau approximately 1 mile from Chateau Petrus and 1/2 mile from Chateau Le Pin and Vieux Chateau Certan. The average age of the vines, which are exclusively Merlot, is approximately 30 years. Pomeaux produces an extraordinarily rich, concentrated and robust wine whilst still retaining great delicacy and balance.

A wine that captures the “spirit of the Duero” made from the best grapes grown at the Durius estates throughout the Duero Valley. Made from carefully selected hand picked grapes from the Hacienda Unamuno estate in Arribes del Duero. Cortijo Las Monjas is a beautiful traditional Andalucian estate situated in the Serranía de Ronda one of the most historic cities of Andalucía. Wines have been made on the estate for over 20 years and now produces some of the best wines of the region.
