Produced from the indigenous Cortese variety grown in the rolling hills of Montferrato above the small town of Gavi in Piedmont north-west Italy. We have tasted a lot Gavi and this hits the mark. Think French Chablis meets Spanish Albarino, elope to the Langhe hills and produce baby Cortese.
