Where can we deliver to?
Any address in the UK and Northern Ireland.
When will you receive your order?
Orders received before 12 midday will be dispatched next day for London Postal Districts on a Monday - Friday basis. Deliveries further afield are subject to the scheduled delivery day for that postcode and will be indicated at the time of order.
Can I receive my goods at an alternate address?
Yes. Simply indicate this in the shipping details section. The delivery address may be different to the billing address.
What if I am not in to accept the delivery?
If you are not going to be in to sign for the delivery then please inform us of a safe location where the goods can be left (i.e: leave with the neighbour or on the back porch or garden shed). Please note if you choose to proceed with this option then we cannot be held responsibile for any damage or loss incurred.
Can I have my wine delivered on the same day?
Yes you can if you inform us before 12 midday. A £35 surcharge applies for same day deliveries to be executed between 3 - 7 PM Monday - Friday.
What happens if I receive damaged or broken wines?
In the event that you receive damaged or broken wines then please let us know immediately by contacting us on 075 22826 450 or email@example.com We will arrange for the wine to be collected and replaced as soon as possible.
How much does delivery Cost?
Greater London is £10. Mainland UK and other areas further afield please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
